RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
Recurring Products
Radio Systems Corporation dba PetSafe Brands offers various product Subscriptions, including, but not limited to, monthly, bi-monthly (every other month), quarterly, and annually recurring Subscriptions (“Recurring Product Subscriptions”). The Products included in a Recurring Product Subscription, and the purchase price of Recurring Product Subscriptions, are listed on the Site and may be modified by PetSafe Brands from time to time. We will notify you prior to implementing such changes.
When you sign up for a Recurring Product Subscription, you'll have the option to choose deliveries every month, every two months, or every three months (which doesn't necessarily add up to four deliveries each year, since your Recurring Product Subscription might not align with the calendar quarters, so the term 'quarterly' here doesn't mean the calendar quarters). Your Recurring Product Subscription starts when you place your initial order, and deliveries will be made monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly, roughly on the same date of the month that you placed your order.
Recurring Product Subscriptions are automatically renewed on a monthly, bi-monthly (every other month), quarterly, or annually basis, as applicable.
By purchasing a Recurring Product Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your Recurring Product Subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current Recurring Product Subscription rate, you agree that PetSafe Brands may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) to your chosen payment method without further authorisation from you, until you provide notice to PetSafe Brands that you wish to cancel your Recurring Product Subscription or to change your payment method. You further accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including, where applicable, any charges processed by PetSafe Brands after the expiration date of your payment card.
You can cancel your Ongoing Product Subscriptions at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation procedures, or by emailing us at legal@petsafe.net.
PetSafe Brands reserves the right to change or discontinue Recurring Product Subscriptions at our discretion. We may make these changes at any time, with or without notice. Your continued participation in a Recurring Subscription will constitute your acceptance of these terms including the automatic renewal provisions above.
Recurring Services
The terms of this policy apply to the extent you purchase a subscription for connectivity services linked to a Product (“Connectivity Services”).
Special Offers. We might offer some customers various trial subscriptions or other promotional offers for Connectivity Services, which are subject to the terms of such promotional offer, these terms, and our Terms and Conditions, except as otherwise stated in the promotional or trial offer. Trial subscribers can choose at any time not to continue to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.
Paid Monthly and Annual Subscriptions. When you first set up your Product for Connectivity Services, or at any time after you start using your Product, you can sign up for the Connectivity Services by choosing a monthly or yearly paid subscription plan. This will keep going until either you or we cancel your subscription, and the period in which your subscription was cancelled comes to an end. These subscription plans give you the right to use the Connectivity Services for each payment period until your subscription is cancelled at the end of the relevant period. Your paid subscription will kick off straight away, or on the day after your trial period ends, if you bought your subscription on petsafe.com or invisiblefence.com.
UNLESS YA NOTIFY US BEFORE A CHARGE THAT YA WANNA CANCEL OR DON'T WANNA AUTO RENEW, YA UNDERSTAND YOUR CONNECTIVITY SERVICES WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE AND YA AUTHORISE PETSAFE BRANDS (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YA, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND ANY TAXES FOR EACH SUCCESSIVE TERM, USING ANY PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YA.
Subscription fees are billed or charged on the first day of the applicable subscription period. If any payment isn't received, is returned unpaid or if any credit card or similar transaction is knocked back or denied, PetSafe Brands reserves the right to cancel your Connectivity Services subscription unless you chuck us a new payment method. If you give us a new payment method and are successfully charged before your subscription gets the flick, your new subscription period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.
Cancellation of Subscription Services. You can cancel your Connectivity Services anytime by logging into your account and following the cancellation procedures, or by emailing us at legal@petsafe.net. After your cancellation, you'll continue to have access to the Connectivity Services until your subscription period ends.
