Cooper is dreaming of ice cream for his birthday. What is your pet's favorite special treat?
Hey everybody! I am going to party like it’s my birthday, because it is my birthday!! Well, it will be in a few days. I am so excited. I am going to be 2 years old. A real grown up, able to make my decisions, like how many treats to eat in a day or in an hour. Yeah an hour!! I have so many plans for my birthday this year.
First, me and my mom are taking a vacation for a week. No alarm clocks. You know, now that I am all grown up, I appreciate mornings with no alarm clocks.
Next, I am going on a birthday shopping trip. I can’t wait to go and pick out bunches and bunches of new toys. My grandpa has promised to come and hang out with me on my birthday and help me talk mom into some birthday ice cream or birthday French fries or maybe both. I don’t care which, it’s my birthday!
Finally, it is going to be Thanksgiving. Oh my, how I love Thanksgiving. Turkey and mashed potatoes, oh my! Even just a bite or two is heavenly. Then the house smells so good for days and days. Thanksgiving combined with my birthday makes it the best week of the year in my opinion.
My mom tells me that I will always be her baby, no matter how old I get and I am good with that. She loves me unconditionally and we celebrate every year just like when I was a puppy. Always celebrate your birthday for the joy you have had in the past year and the joy yet to come!
