RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
Recurring Products
Radio Systems Corporation trading as PetSafe Brands offers a variety of product Subscriptions, including, but not limited to, monthly, every second month, quarterly, and yearly recurring Subscriptions (“Recurring Product Subscriptions”). The Products included in a Recurring Product Subscription, and the purchase price of Recurring Product Subscriptions, are listed on the Site and may be changed by PetSafe Brands from time to time. We'll give you a heads up before making such changes.
When you sign up for a Rolling Product Subscription, you'll be asked to choose deliveries on a monthly basis, every second month, or every three months (though this doesn't necessarily mean you'll get four deliveries in a year, because your Rolling Product Subscription mightn't be aligned with the calendar quarters, so the term 'quarterly' here doesn't mean the calendar quarters). Your Rolling Product Subscription starts from the day you put in your first order, and the deliveries will be made every month, every other month, or every three months, on roughly the same date of the month that you placed your order.
Recurring Product Subscriptions are automatically renewed on a monthly, every second month, quarterly, or yearly basis, as applicable.
By purchasing a Recurring Product Subscription, you're agreeing and acknowledging that your Recurring Product Subscription has an initial and ongoing payment charge at the current rate for such subscriptions, and you're grand with PetSafe Brands putting through periodic charges (like, monthly) to your chosen payment method without needing to ask you again, until you tell PetSafe Brands you want to cancel your Recurring Product Subscription or to change your payment method. You're also taking on the responsibility for all the charges that come up before you cancel, including, where it applies, any charges PetSafe Brands makes after your payment card has gone out of date.
You can cancel your Ongoing Product Subscriptions whenever you like by logging into your account and following the cancellation steps, or by sending us an email at legal@petsafe.net.
PetSafe Brands reserves the right to change or discontinue Recurring Product Subscriptions at our discretion. We may make these changes at any time, with or without notice. Your continued participation in a Recurring Subscription will constitute your acceptance of these terms including the automatic renewal provisions above.
Recurring Services
The terms of this policy apply insofar as you purchase a subscription for connectivity services associated with a Product (“Connectivity Services”).
Special Offers. We might be offering certain customers various trial subscriptions or other promotional offers for Connectivity Services, which are subject to the terms of such promotional offer, these terms, and our Terms and Conditions, except as otherwise stated in the promotional or trial offer. Trial subscribers can at any time decide not to carry on to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.
Paid Monthly and Annual Subscriptions. When you first set up your Product for Connectivity Services, or any time after you start using your Product, you can avail of the Connectivity Services by signing up for a monthly or yearly paid subscription plan, which will keep going until either you or we cancel your subscription and the relevant period in which your subscription was cancelled comes to an end. These subscription plans allow you to access the Connectivity Services for each payment period up until the end of the relevant period in which your subscription is cancelled. Your paid subscription will automatically kick off straight away, or on the first day after your applicable trial period finishes, if you bought your subscription on petsafe.com or invisiblefence.com.
UNLESS YOU TELL US BEFORE A CHARGE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR DON'T WANT TO AUTO RENEW, YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR CONNECTIVITY SERVICES WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE AND YOU AUTHORIZE PETSAFE BRANDS (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND ANY TAXES FOR EACH SUCCESSIVE TERM, USING ANY PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.
Subscription fees are billed or charged on the first day of the applicable subscription period. If any payment isn't received, is returned unpaid or if any credit card or similar transaction is rejected or denied, PetSafe Brands reserves the right to cancel your Connectivity Services subscription unless you provide us with a new payment method. If you give us a new payment method and are successfully charged before your subscription is cancelled, your new subscription period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.
Cancellation of Subscription Services. You can cancel your Connectivity Services whenever you like by logging into your account and following the cancellation procedures, or by sending us an email at legal@petsafe.net. After you've cancelled, you'll still have access to the Connectivity Services until your subscription period is over.
